Ladmovské limestones

Sites of Community Importance covering an area of 337.7 hectares and it is an isolated limestone island at the foot of the Zemplén Hills in the Eastern Plains. In the vicinity of Ladmovce raises a limestone karst area from an altitude of 100 meters above sea level. Triassic limestone is massive, dark gray to black limestone sludge interwoven with veins of white calcite. The territory is characterized by great diversity and abundance of calcareous and xerothermic species of flora and fauna.
